CANCELLATIONS

GENERAL - We do not take deposits at this time. If a reservation is made it is based in "good faith". Should the need arise for you to cancel please inform us as soon as you can. It is very difficult to reschedule your event in a short time and often we have turned away another request for the same date.

DUE TO WEATHER - We realize the unpredictability of the weather. If it is raining or windy (15mph or more) in your area when we arrive we will cancel without penalty. If it is cloudy or a low percentage rain is predicted this is not considered grounds for cancelling but it is at your discretion. However, once we have set up the inflatable and we have left your location, we can no longer offer a refund.

PAYMENT

Payment in full is due at the time of delivery. We accept cash or check (made out to A+ Bounce) at this time.
